The Simulation Study on Some Ejection Explosive Bolt

In order to meet the separating rate and high bearing capacity requirements of a certain cover throwing device,an ejection explosive bolt was designed,its action process was analyzed and mathematical model was established,an interior ballistic calculation program was compiled by MATLAB to solve the output parameters.The verification shows that the design is reasonable,and the model accurately reflects the relationship between various parameters in the action process of the explosive bolt.This study provides a reference for the design of similar explosive bolts and pyrotechnic devices.
