Study on Measurement of Miss Distance of Missile Impact Point Based on Sea-Based Platform

To realize range performance test of missile of strategy and tactics such as multiple independently tar- geted reentry vehicle and cluster bomb, the distributed multi-station miss distance measurement radar system based on sea-based platform is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of optical, acoustical, telemetry data and radar measurement technique are analyzed. Secondly, the component and operation- al principle of the system are introduced. Furthermore, the practicability and feasibility of this scheme are expati- ated by analyzing key technique. Finally, the future developments in technique system of missile range trial miss distance measurement are pointed out, and the system scheme is of benefit to engineering application of missile impact point miss distance measurement.
