Research on Oxygen Volume and Second Air Distribution of the Boiler in 1 000 MW Ultra Supercritical Unit

This paper introduces the results that the NOx emission in the boiler export and the power consumption of the air and gas system were reduced greatly by adjusting the oxygen volume and the second air distribution of the boiler of 2×1 000 MW ultra-super-critical units in Pinghai Power Plant´╝č The results realize the meticulous control of the second air distribution by using the curvilinear function of optimized parameter from the experiment in DCS system.
