Improved Single Neural Control for the Predefined Circuit of the MMW Seeker

In order to solve the problem of low probability of target detection using the MMW seeker with tiny instantaneous field of view,an improved-single-neural-adaptive-PID strategy was posed,which can meet the characteristics and requirements of the MMW seeker. We have simulated the performance of the predefined circuit when employing incremental PID control,single-neural-adaptive-PID( SNAPID)control and improved-single-neural-adaptive-PID( ISNAPID) control respectively and the results showed that ISNAPID control is robust against interference and has quick response. Furthermore,it imposes certain constraints to the increments of control law. Thus,it is not only able to improve the seeker's dynamic performance and the accuracy of seeker gimbals angle,but also facilitates the detection and capture target.
