Finite Analysis of Thermal Stress on 600MW Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine Rotor

600MW uhra-supercritical steam turbine rotor governing stage was selected for calculating object, the thermal stress of governing stage in the process of thermal state startup was analyzed with finite element software AYNSYS,and the distribution of temperature field and stress field on governing stage were achieved. The results showed that there is an obvious stress concentration on the impeller root of the steam turbine rotor governing stage, which can be regarded as a monitoring point to develop thermal stress on-line monitoring system for steam turbine rotor.
