According to the requirement of the Ministry of Education to carry out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship,this paper explores the construction of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode for food specialty.In view of the specialty characteristics,this paper explores and practices the construction of talent training mode,apprenticeship curriculum system,teaching team formation of mutual employment and sharing between schools and enterprises,mechanism construction of school-enterprise collaborative education and characteristic management system,and summarizes the achievements and problems of the construction of modern apprenticeship system of'Double identity and Double alternation'in food specialty,and provides reference for the training of Higher Vocational talents.
