Electromechanical Automatic Leveling System Based on PLC

This paper focused on a high-precision automatic leveling control system, and through analyzing the technical and performance requirements of this system, a set of high-precision leveling control system which used PLC as core controller was designed to serve motor driving ball screw as actuators. According to corresponding leveling strategy to perform high precision automatic leveling system, the rapidity, stability and high precision leveling of the bearing platform can be realized, aiming to improve the two key performance indicators., leveling time and leveling accuracy. It was shown by the testing result that the system met the design specification requirements and run well.
