Effect of Non-invasive Ventilator on Blood Gas Analysis in Patients With Acute Heart Failure and Respiratory Failure

Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive ventilator on blood gas analysis in patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,60 patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure were randomly divided into 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with continuous low flow oxygen inhalation and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator. The changes of blood gas analysis indexes were observed in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, oxygen saturation and oxygenation index between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the indexes of blood oxygen analysis in the observation group were improved significantly, and were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator therapy for patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure has obvious effect on improving blood gas analysis indicators,is beneficial to prognosis.
