Effect Analysis of Milrinone,Dopamine and Furosemide in the Treatment of Refractory Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of milrinone, dopa and furosemide in the treatment of refractory heart failure, and to evaluate the safety of medication. Methods The general data of all patients with refractory heart failure who were born between September 2015 and April 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the experimental requirements,64 patients were included in the database for experiment. All patients were divided into two groups by a two-color ball random lottery grouping scheme. The red ball was the control group and the blue ball was the experimental group.32 patients were included in each group. All patients were treated with conventional treatment after admission, mainly including oxygen and anti-infection and nitrate drugs. The control group was treated with furosemide. The patients in the experimental group were given milrinone, dopamine and furosemide. The total effective rate of treatment after treatment was compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions was evaluated. Results The experimental results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 30 case(93.75%),and the total effective rate of the control group was 21 case(65.63%),suggesting that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, being statistically significant(χ^2=24.427 9;P=0.05).At the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of milrinone, dopamine and furosemide in the treatment of refractory heart failure can effectively improve the heart function of patients without causing additional adverse drug reactions. It is an effective treatment regimen. It is worth promoting in clinical use.
