Based on the CHEMKIN of CFB Boiler SNCR Denitration System Simulation and Optimization

In order to improve the efficiency of boiler denitration SNCR system, using software CHEMKIN chemical kinetics, application of SNCR denitration system elementary reaction mechanism, technology and additive ( CH4, H2) of SNCR denitration process numerical simulation, to predict the reaction conditions (temperature, ammonia nitrogen mole ratio, residence time, initial concentration of NO in flue gas, flue gas oxygen concentration) and additives (CH4, H2) on the denitration efficiency and the effect of optimization. Through CHEMKIN software simulation and optimization, can effectively determine the reaction temperature window is suitable for practical engineering application and suitable reductant ammonia injection quantity.
