Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Stability of Vacuum Skull Furnace Melting Energy Supply

In view of the present situation of vacuum melting titanium alloy precision castings of high power current is not stable , through debugging the curve process of computer and oscilloscope current change , analyzing the influence the coupling relationship between arc voltage and arc current and the melting speed control on the stability of power supply of the crucible ratio , the stable control of arc current is the main way to reduce the coupling of the conclusions and put forward reasonable suggestion for the crucible ratio .The research results provide the theoretical basis for the safe operation of the vacuum skull furnace .
