According to the technical development background of airborne weapons system integration,the concept,characteristics,significance and implementation process of airborne weapons system integration are analyzed. The key engineering techniques of airborne weapons system integration are introduced with typical representatives of SMS design,weapons initialization and targeting,weapon interface standardization and interface management. The main problems that airborne weapons system integration faces at present are analyzed in several aspects： complexity of combat environment,diversification of combat missions,combat rhythm rapidness and unmanned aircraft combating,etc. Several aspects of key techniques that need to be improved as plug and play weapon integration,open architecture SMS and unmanned aerial vehicle carried weapon system integration are introduced based on previous analysis. Finally open system SMS design is realized adopting the hierarchical principle. A plug and play weapon integration program is proposed based on MDA,which provides reference to engineering realization.
