Analysis of High Temperature Corrosion of Water Wall of Industrial Boiler

Based on the high temperature corrosion of the water wall of an industrial boiler in Shanxi Province, this paper points out the possible high temperature corrosion types of the water wall of the industrial boiler, analyzes the causes of the high temperature corrosion of the water wall, and puts forward the relevant control measures. It is concluded that the main type of high temperature corrosion of boiler water wall is sulfide-type corrosion, and the concrete reason of high temperature corrosion is that the fuel combustion in the furnace is insufficient and the reducing atmosphere appears. Using side-side air technology and improving operation control can effectively prevent high-temperature corrosion.
